Charles G. Dahlgren was the Confederate Brigadier General, Commander of the 3rd Brigade, Army of Mississippi during the U. S. Civil War. He was a banker and businessman in various states in southern United States. Other members of the Dahlgren family fought on the Union side durning the Civil War.
